INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

 INTRODUCTION:

     LTPENDRV.SYS is a driver to be used with CBTP.COM or PCMIS.COM 
     files on most COMPAQ computers with VGA that has problem using 
     TDS light pen software from TDS Healthcare Systems Corporation.

     Systempro 486

     COMPAQ MS-DOS Version 2 or greater.

 WHO SHOULD USE:

     Use this program if you are having problems using TDS light pen 
     software on the above COMPAQ computers.

 HOW TO USE:

     1.  Copy the program LTPENDRV.SYS from the distribution
         diskette to your system diskette or fixed disk.

     2.  Using an editor, add a line to your CONFIG.SYS file to
         execute the command at system boot.

     3.  The syntax of the program is:
               DEVICE=[d:][path]LTPENDRV.SYS
         
         Comments:  There are no command line parameters.

     4.  When the package is successfully installed, you will get
         the following message:

               LTPENDRV.SYS is Installed.
               (C) Copyright COMPAQ Computer Corp.  1991

         If the package is not successfully installed, an error
         message will be generated.

     5.  Copy the program CBTP.COM to the subdirectory where the 
	 program CBTP.EXE will be run from.

     6.  Copy the program PCMIS.COM to the subdirectory where the
	 program PCMIS.EXE will be run from.


 EFFECTS ON YOUR SYSTEM: 

     1.  Since the file LTPENDRV.SYS is a device driver it will use 
         approximately 1000 bytes of system memory.

     2.  Once installed, the program cannot be unistalled until the
         system is rebooted.
