Problem:  NEC Multisync II snaps, pops and loses video during a mode
change.  This is a result of the EGA ROM disabling the video connector.

Solution:  The following line may be entered in the CONFIG.SYS file:
  DRIVER=NECIIFIX.SYS
This driver will prevent the problem except during power-up or boot.  
The EGA ROM must be changed to be effective during power-up and boot.
